Luton South Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Spokesperson Qurban Hussain has condemned the Luton South MP following further revelations into excessive expense claims.
“Local residents who are counting every penny to make ends meet in the current recession will be rightly furious that their MP spent £22,500 of their money treating dry rot at her and her husband’s seaside house 100 miles from her Luton, days after switching her ‘second home’ there.” says Qurban.
“This is not the first time that Ms Moran has been in trouble over her expenses. It is time she stopped trying to defend her indefensible and immoral lining of her own pocket at the taxpayers expense”
